WhatsApp for android updates brings Revamped setting section Network usage info....


For Android, Whatsapp has received a new beta update, which features a redesigned menu settings menu with a slightly different layout and has brought new icons for different devices. Whatsapp update is now live for beta testers on the Android version of the app, in which the build number is v2.19.45. The redesigned 'Settings' menu layout and other changes will soon be available through an update for all WhatsApp users on Android soon, which will be rolled out through the stable Google Play channel.

We joined hands on the new beta update of Whatatspe and compared the changes introduced by Android with the most recent stable build (v2.19.34) on Android. The following screenshots show a side-by-side difference, highlight some of the tools, new icons, and the way information is displayed on the screen. The first noteworthy change is in addition to the option of the main ic settings 'page on the ments payouts' which reflects payment history and details of linked bank account. The time for incorporating payment options comes.






Opening the Ing Accounts section shows that every option now has a dedicated icon, while the stable build lacks the lack of iconography in the sub-section. In addition, by tapping on 'Security', 'Change Number' and 'Two-Step Verification', it shows that they have got redesigned icons too. The layout of all the options in the 'Notifications' section though is similar. All tools of 'Help' section have also been updated with dedicated icons.

 In addition, the Network Usage 'page now shows memory usage status with details such as dates and times, as well as the total amount of data sent and received by users. With the exception of 'Ments Payments', it appears that the changes brought about by beta update are mostly functional in nature and were spotted for the first time by WABetaInfo. It is also claimed by the beta watch, that the two will be rolled out through the stable channel soon, but a release date has not yet been revealed.

How to set up new pin generate in SBI ATM

HOW TO SET UP NEW PIN IN SBI :

Method 1: Generate SBI Debit Card PIN By SMSThe first step to send a message to 565676 from your registered mobile number in given formate.PIN<LLLL><AAAA>Where <FFFF> is last four digit of your sbi debit card number.<AAAA> is last four digit of your SBI bank account number.


Method 2: Generate SBI ATM PIN Through ATM First, visit your nearest SBI ATM machine.On atm screen select the PIN generation option.Next screen you need to enter your sbi account number.In next step type your registered mobile number and again enter it to confirm.Within a few seconds, you will receive a one time password from the bank.Enter the otp and generate a new pin for your debit card.

Step 1 : Send an SMS to 567676 from your Registered Mobile Number in the below Format.


Step 2 : Now you will get an OTP(One Time Password) in your registered Mobile Number.

You can use this OTP to generate new Debit card ATM PIN from any nearest SBI ATM Counter with in the 24 Hours.

*Please not that the OTP will be valid only for the 24 Hours.


HOW TO WRITE AN APPLICATION FOR NEW  ATM PIN:

Name: Write your full name as given in the bank records / cash cards
Address: Write your address as given in your bank records/cash cards
Contact Number: You can give your mobile number or home phone number (this is optional)
email id: You can also give your mail id but not necessary

Date: Mention the date in dd/mm/yyyy (date/month/year)

City

Sub: Request to issue a new ATM PIN

I hold an account with your branch and my SB (Savings Bank) account number is _______ (write your account number in the blank space). Due to certain reasons, I could not remember my ATM PIN and hence could not make financial transactions at the ATM.

Things to remember
It is always safe to request the bank to send your ATM PIN immediately to you by post instead of sending a messenger to get your PIN.

Always make it a point to note your new PIN and ensure that it is not easily accessible. This would be helpful to you to recollect you PIN in case you happen to forget it once again. By doing so, you can access ATM without any difficulty.

If necessary, you can send a copy of your cash card/s as an enclosure along with the request letter

WhatsApp to soon add fingerprint lock feature to its chats which will mean that users will have to authenticate the app everytime they want to check WhatsApp chats. The new feature expected to come to Android.












WhatsApp beta for Android 2.19.3: Fingerprint authentication feature




WhatsApp is set to add the fingerprint scanner feature that is expected to add a new layer of security to chats. The latest WhatsApp fingerprint lock feature has been spotted in testing with select users on Android and can be expected to be rolled out to everyone in the coming weeks. Notably, the feature has been spotted in WhatsApp beta for Android 2.19.3 which means Android users will be the first ones to get it followed by iOS users.
